The 4BTA3.9‑G2 adopts turbocharging, different from the naturally aspirated engine of JT‑20KW. At 50kW level, naturally aspirated engines run close to limit with insufficient load margin. The turbocharged structure maintains stable boost pressure, easily copes with motor starting surges and long‑term heavy loads, delivering reliable performance for prime power applications.
Weighing only 950kg and 2.2m in length, this is the lightest and most compact Cummins model above 20kW. It can pass standard doorways and be placed in narrow equipment rooms or containerized telecom shelters without extra structural reinforcement, greatly lowering installation difficulties compared to heavier large‑power models.
Running at 75% load, the 150L fuel tank supports around 6 hours of continuous operation, matching the daily working hours of clinics and small factories. It keeps refrigeration, medical devices and production equipment running steadily during power cuts, avoiding frequent refueling in the middle of work.
Equipped with ATS for automatic power switching, ensuring no power interruption for medical facilities. The LCD panel displays clear fault codes, facilitating remote monitoring for telecom stations and rapid troubleshooting by on‑site staff, suitable for unattended operation scenarios.
