The JTRC-200 Reverse Circulation (RC) Drill Rig is designed for mineral exploration, geological sampling and hard rock drilling. With a 200 m maximum drilling depth, 95–165 mm hole diameter and 77.3 kW Yuchai diesel engine, this crawler-mounted drilling rig combines a high-torque rotary head, 15-ton lifting capacity and 3.6 m feed stroke for demanding exploration projects.

Drilling System & Configuration

The JTRC-200 combines a 77.3 kW Yuchai diesel engine with a hydraulic rotary drilling system delivering 5,300–7,600 N·m of torque. Its 3.6 m single feed stroke and 15-ton power head lifting capacity support drilling and drill-string handling in hard rock formations with a stated rock strength range of F = 6–20.

The steel crawler chassis and four hydraulic outriggers support positioning and setup on suitable exploration sites. Drill pipe options include 89 mm and 102 mm diameters, with 1.5 m, 2 m and 3 m lengths. For RC rock-chip sampling, confirm the compatible dual-wall drill string, RC hammer, air compressor, cyclone and sample collection equipment according to project requirements.
